These Course Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in any training, workshop, course, or learning pod (collectively, the “Courses”) offered by Synergies4 (“Synergies4”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By registering for a Course, accessing Course materials, or attending any Course session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any additional policies referenced (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not enroll in or attend our Courses.
1. Enrollment & Access
1.1 Registration and Acceptance
Your registration for a Course constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
1.2 Individual, Non-Transferable Access
Course access is individual and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, Zoom links, or any private Course access links with others. Unauthorized sharing of access may result in immediate removal from the Course without refund.
1.3 Eligibility
Courses are intended for adults and professionals. By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Course Delivery
2.1 Format
Courses may be delivered as live sessions (virtual or in-person), blended, or self-paced, and may include lectures, discussions, labs, exercises, and assessments.
2.2 Changes to Schedules or Content
To maintain and improve Course quality, Synergies4 may, at its discretion, adjust Course schedules, instructors, formats, or content. We will use reasonable efforts to inform you of material changes in advance.
2.3 Minimum Enrollment and Rescheduling
If a Course does not meet minimum enrollment or cannot proceed due to instructor availability or other operational reasons, Synergies4 may reschedule or cancel the Course. In such cases, you may be offered a transfer to a future date or a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
3. Participation Expectations
3.1 Attendance and Punctuality
You are expected to attend live sessions on time and participate in the scheduled activities. Repeated lateness or absence may affect your eligibility for completion or certification.
3.2 Engagement and Respect
You agree to engage respectfully with instructors, facilitators, and other participants, including in chat, breakout rooms, and community channels. Disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
3.3 Prework and Assignments
Some Courses may require prework, homework, or assessments. You are responsible for completing these items as instructed. Failure to complete required work may impact your completion status and certification eligibility.
3.4 Confidentiality in Group Settings
You agree to respect the confidentiality of discussions, case studies, and personal or corporate examples shared by instructors and other participants. You may not record or redistribute other participants’ contributions without explicit permission.
4. Recordings
4.1 Recording of Sessions
Course sessions may be audio- and/or video-recorded for quality improvement, reference, and the creation of learning resources. By attending, you acknowledge that your image, voice, name, and participation may be captured in these recordings.
4.2 Consent by Attendance
Your attendance at a recorded session constitutes your consent to be recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may choose not to attend or to keep your camera and microphone off, subject to Course participation requirements.
4.3 Ownership of Recordings
All recordings and related materials (including transcripts, slides, whiteboards, and chat logs) are the exclusive property of Synergies4. You are not permitted to download, reproduce, share, or republish recordings or related materials without our prior written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Course Materials and Tools
All Course materials, including slides, handouts, workbooks, exercises, worksheets, AI prompts, templates, software, and tools (collectively, “Materials”) are owned or licensed by Synergies4 and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 License for Personal Use Only
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials solely for your personal learning and professional development. You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly share Materials;
Sell, resell, or use Materials for commercial training without written permission;
Remove or alter copyright or proprietary notices.
5.3 Prohibition on Unauthorized Sharing
You may not post or upload Materials (including recordings) to public or private repositories, social media, learning platforms, or any shared drive accessible to non-participants without our prior written consent.
6. Fees, Payments & Refunds
6.1 Fees and Payment
Course fees are stated at the time of registration. Payment is due in full at registration unless otherwise specified in writing. Your participation is not confirmed until payment is received.
6.2 Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment at least 24 hours prior to the published Course start time.
No refunds are provided once the Course has started, except where required by applicable law or under a separately agreed guarantee.
6.3 Transfers and Substitutions
Transfers to a future cohort or substitution of a participant may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Synergies4’s sole discretion. To request a transfer or substitution, please contact support@synergies4.com as early as possible.
6.4 Discounts, Promotions & Money-Back Guarantees
Any promotional discounts, vouchers, or money-back guarantees (including “100% Money Back Guarantee” offerings) are subject to specific conditions stated at the time of purchase and will be interpreted in line with these Terms.
7. Technology Requirements
7.1 Learner Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology to participate, which may include:
A stable internet connection
A compatible device (computer or tablet)
Access to videoconferencing tools, collaboration platforms, and any other tools specified in the Course description
7.2 Technical Issues
Synergies4 is not responsible for individual technical issues, including device malfunctions, connectivity problems, or local network outages that may affect your participation.
7.3 Platform Changes
We may change technology platforms or tools used to deliver Courses as needed. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice and guidance to support the transition.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1 Professional and Inclusive Behavior
Synergies4 is committed to providing a professional, inclusive, and psychologically safe learning environment. You agree to:
Treat all participants and instructors with respect
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive language
Respect diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and identities
8.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory remarks
Sharing offensive or inappropriate content
Disrupting sessions or undermining the learning environment
Violating confidentiality or sharing sensitive corporate or personal data without permission
8.3 Consequences of Violation
Synergies4 may, at its sole discretion, remove a participant from a Course for violating this Code of Conduct. No refund will be issued in such cases, except where required by law.
9. Certification & Completion
9.1 Completion Requirements
Certificates of completion or professional designations (where applicable) are contingent upon:
Attending required sessions (live or as otherwise specified)
Completing prework, assignments, and/or assessments
Meeting engagement and participation standards defined by the Course
9.2 Exams and Assessments
Some Courses may include formal exams, quizzes, or practical assessments. Rewrites or retakes may be offered at Synergies4’s discretion and may be subject to additional conditions or fees.
9.3 Right to Withhold Certification
Synergies4 reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification if a participant:
Fails to meet completion requirements
Breaches the Code of Conduct or these Terms
Engages in academic dishonesty (e.g., plagiarism, cheating)
10. Data Privacy
10.1 Use of Personal Data
Personal data collected during registration and Course participation is used solely for:
Administering your enrollment and participation
Delivering Course content and related support
Improving our Courses and services
10.2 No Sale or Unauthorized Sharing
Your personal data is never sold. It is not shared with third parties for their own independent marketing or sales purposes.
Limited access may be provided to trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, learning platforms, email tools) solely to support the delivery and administration of Courses, in line with our Privacy Policy and appropriate data protection safeguards.
10.3 Security and Governance
Synergies4 applies governance and security practices consistent with its expertise in AI governance and Responsible AI, including appropriate access controls and security measures to protect your personal data.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
11.1 Educational Purpose Only
Courses and Materials are provided for educational and informational purposes. While they may include guidance, frameworks, and tools related to AI, agility, and governance, they do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
11.2 Implementation Responsibility
You and/or your employer are solely responsible for how you apply the concepts, tools, and practices from the Course in your organization or personal work. Synergies4 does not guarantee any specific business outcome, performance improvement, or compliance result.
11.3 No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Courses and Materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
11.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergies4’s total liability arising out of or related to any Course or these Terms will be limited to the amount of fees you paid for the Course giving rise to the claim. Synergies4 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
12. Changes to These Terms
Synergies4 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our offerings, technology, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued participation in Courses after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
