Synergies4 Refund Policy

At Synergies4 (“Synergies4”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we work hard to deliver high-value training, coaching, and AI consulting services. We also recognize that circumstances and expectations can change. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our programs, services, and (where applicable) physical products.

This Refund Policy should be read together with our Course Terms & Conditions, Sales Terms, and Privacy Policy, and will be linked alongside those documents wherever they appear on our websites.

If there is a conflict between specific, written refund terms shown for a given program and this general policy, the program-specific terms will govern for that program.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Online and in-person courses, learning pods, workshops, and certification programs (e.g., AI-Powered Your Role, AI Manager course)

  • Coaching and advisory services, such as Jumpstart Coaching Session Services

  • Enterprise workshops or online/in-person trainings sold directly by Synergies4

  • Physical products, if and when offered under the Synergies4 brand or related entities

This policy does not apply to purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers; those may be subject to their own refund policies.

2. Risk-Free Guarantee Programs

(e.g., AI-Powered Your Role, AI Manager Course, and similar programs where the guarantee is explicitly offered)

For select programs, such as AI-Powered Your Role and the AI Manager course, Synergies4 offers a Risk-Free Guarantee. Where the guarantee is explicitly stated on the program’s sales or enrollment page, the following will apply:

2.1 How the Risk-Free Guarantee Works

To qualify for a full refund under the Risk-Free Guarantee, you must:

  1. Attend the first full session

    • Show up for the entire first session, on time, and actively participate in the activities, discussions, and exercises.

  2. Engage with the core workshop experience

    • For AI-Powered Your Role, this includes fully participating in the Personal Operating Profile (POP) Workshop, building your POP, and using it to shape AI responses to your style and needs.

  3. Evaluate the value honestly

    • After the first session, assess whether the program is delivering the value and practical skills promised on the sales page and whether it aligns with your goals.

If, after this experience, you do not see how the program will transform your work or meaningfully improve your results, you may request a 100% refund.

2.2 Timing and Process for Risk-Free Refunds

  • Your refund request must be made after the first session and before the second session begins (or, where there is no “Session 2,” within the timeframe specified on the program page).

  • To initiate the refund, email us at info@synergies4.com with:

    • Your full name

    • The program name (e.g., “AI-Powered Your Role – [cohort date]”)

    • Proof of attendance (we will also confirm via our attendance records)

    • A simple statement that you wish to withdraw under the Risk-Free Guarantee

No long explanations are required, no hoops to jump through. Once we verify your eligibility, we will refund 100% of your tuition, typically to the original payment method, subject to normal processing times of your bank or card issuer.

If the Risk-Free Guarantee is offered for a specific program, that guarantee supplements and overrides the more restrictive “24-hours-before-start” course rules for that program.

3. Other Courses, Workshops & Learning Programs

For all other courses, workshops, and learning programs without a Risk-Free Guarantee explicitly stated on the sales page, the following standard rules apply:

3.1 Cancellation Before the Course Starts

  • You may cancel your enrollment for a full refund if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to the published start time of the course or workshop.

  • To request a refund, email info@synergies4.com with your name, course name, and proof of purchase.

3.2 After the Course Starts

  • Once the course, workshop, or cohort has started, no cash refunds are generally provided, except:

    • Where a specific guarantee states otherwise, or

    • Where applicable law requires a different outcome.

3.3 Transfers and Substitutions

  • You may request to transfer to a future cohort or substitute another participant before the course begins.

  • Transfers and substitutions are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

  • To request a transfer or substitution, email support@synergies4.com as early as possible. Additional fees may apply in some cases (e.g., price differences for future cohorts).

4. Coaching, Advisory & Other Services

This section covers offerings such as:

  • Jumpstart Coaching Session Services

  • Online or in-person workshops delivered to individuals or small groups outside of a formal course

  • Other time-based professional services sold via Synergies4

4.1 Refunds Before Services Commence

  • For coaching sessions and similar services, a cash refund minus any credit card/transaction fees may be available if you request cancellation within 14 days of purchase and before the first session or service has commenced.

  • To request a cancellation, email info@synergies4.com with your name, service purchased, and proof of payment.

4.2 After Services Commence

  • Once a coaching session, workshop, or other professional service has started (or a reserved timeslot has been held for you and not attended), refunds are generally not available, except:

    • Where a service-specific guarantee is explicitly stated, or

    • Where required by applicable law.

4.3 Rescheduling

  • We understand schedules can change. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated where possible, at Synergies4’s discretion.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be treated as completed sessions and may not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.

5. Enterprise Programs & Consulting Engagements

For enterprise-level engagements (e.g., custom AI solutions, AI-Infused Transformation Pods™, enterprise workshops, or AI governance & operating model design):

  • Refunds, credits, and milestone payments are governed by the specific terms in the signed agreement, statement of work, or master services agreement between Synergies4 and the client.

  • Those contract terms will prevail over this general Refund Policy.

If you are an enterprise client with questions about payment or refund terms, please refer to your contract or contact your account lead directly.

6. Physical Products (If Applicable)

From time to time, Synergies4 or related entities may offer physical products (e.g., printed workbooks, branded materials). Where physical products are sold directly by Synergies4 under this policy:

  • Return Window: Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may generally be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be in resalable condition with all original packaging and materials.

  • Refund Amount: Approved returns are typically refunded minus original shipping fees and any payment processing fees, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Process: To request a return authorization, email info@synergies4.com with your order details and reason for return.

If physical products are sold via a separate entity or platform (e.g., an affiliated brand, marketplace, or third-party store), that entity’s specific return/refund policy may apply instead.

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate any refund or refund-related inquiry:

  1. Email info@synergies4.com

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • The program/service/product name

    • Date of purchase and proof of payment

    • The reason for your request (for Risk-Free guarantees, a short statement is sufficient)

We will review your request in line with this policy and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Where a refund is approved, funds will typically be returned to the original method of payment. Processing times may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

8. No Chargebacks / Dispute Policy

By purchasing from Synergies4, you agree to:

  • Contact us first at info@synergies4.com to resolve any concerns about billing, service quality, or refunds.

  • Not initiate chargebacks with your bank or credit card provider for charges that fall clearly within the terms of this Refund Policy or your signed agreement.

If a chargeback is initiated in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to:

  • Dispute the chargeback with documentation of this policy and your agreement to it, and

  • Limit or revoke access to current or future programs and services until the dispute is resolved.

9. Exceptions & Case-by-Case Considerations

We recognize that exceptional circumstances can occur (e.g., severe illness, major technical failures on our side, or other extraordinary events). While this policy provides the general rules, Synergies4 may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions or provide alternative remedies such as:

  • Partial credits or discounts toward future programs

  • Rescheduling into a later cohort

  • Additional support to resolve access or learning issues

Such exceptions are not guaranteed and do not create a precedent for future cases.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our offerings, payment systems, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued purchase or participation in our programs after any change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
