Chief Executive Officer
Chris Lutz is a senior enterprise Agile transformation leader with over 40 years of experience managing and leading large-scale initiatives across financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors. His background in project management dates back to 2001, and over the past 12 years, he has become a key figure in driving enterprise agility across Fortune 500 organizations.
Chris has successfully led Agile transformations at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, TD Bank, Cigna, American Express, and TIAA, working across portfolios to modernize delivery, increase business agility, and enable digital innovation. He has coached over 100 Agile teams and delivered measurable results including a 40% improvement in organizational agility, 75% velocity increases, and the successful rollout of Agile Maturity Models across entire enterprises.
As a strategist and solution architect, Chris designed and implemented a project portfolio management SaaS platform, helping organizations align initiatives with business value, enhance prioritization, and increase executive visibility across large programs.
With deep expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile Portfolio Management, Chris specializes in standing up Agile Release Trains, embedding Lean governance models, and scaling agility across global teams.
