His project and program management career began in 2001, and for the past 12 years he has focused on driving enterprise agility in complex, regulated Fortune 500 environments.Chris has led major Agile transformations at organizations including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, TD Bank, Cigna, American Express, and TIAA, partnering across business and technology portfolios to modernize delivery, increase business agility, and enable digital innovation. He has coached more than 100 Agile teams and leadership groups, achieving measurable outcomes such as double‑digit improvements in time‑to‑market, 40%+ gains in organizational agility, and 50–75% increases in team throughput and velocity where Agile ways of working were fully adopted.
As a strategist and solution architect, Chris designed and implemented a project portfolio management SaaS platform that helps organizations align initiatives to business value, improve prioritization, and provide executives with end‑to‑end visibility into large programs and change portfolios. Michael works with executive teams to align digital strategy with execution, helping organizations modernize operating models, embed AI into product and service ecosystems, and scale innovation in practical ways. His experience spans public sector modernization programs, cloud strategy for large global enterprises, and enterprise wide agile adoption across distributed organizations.
He has contributed to the design of AI enabled tools that improve citizen services, supported enterprise AI deployments that enhance decision quality and operational efficiency, and developed frameworks that integrate AI with design thinking and agile delivery disciplines.
