All sessions are recorded and made available within 24 hours for review or catch-up. You'll have full access to watch at your convenience. However, we strongly encourage live attendance whenever possible because the hands-on practice, peer collaboration, and real-time feedback are where much of the learning happens. The recordings are excellent for review but can't fully replicate the interactive experience.

Absolutely not. This course is specifically designed for non-technical professionals. If you can use email, browse websites, and work in common business applications, you have all the technical skills required. We don't teach coding or require any programming knowledge. Everything is point-and-click, conversational interaction with AI tools, no technical expertise needed whatsoever.

We primarily focus on ChatGPT and custom GPT creation because these are the most powerful and accessible tools for general professional use. However, the prompt engineering principles and frameworks you'll learn transfer seamlessly to other AI platforms like Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and future tools that don't even exist yet. You're learning fundamental skills, not just tool-specific tricks.
